As a luxury rental community for independent senior living, The Riviera does not charge a large, upfront entrance fee as some communities do. We charge a monthly lease rate based on the size, style and location of your residence, as well as the number of occupants. Monthly lease rates for a one-bedroom residence in Independent Living will start at $7,595, and monthly rates for a two-bedroom residence will start at $11,995.

The safety and comfort of all Riviera residents is paramount to us. We will employ policies and protocols to keep our community immaculately clean, safe and ready to serve you. All residences are access-controlled, as is our secured and monitored underground garage parking. To safeguard the health of all who live and work here, we’ve taken the unprecedented step of installing the Needlepoint Bipolar Ionization (NBPI) system in all common areas to minimize COVID-19 and other airborne viruses. Residents of The Riviera can breathe easily knowing the enhanced HVAC systems include fresh air, MERV-13 filtration and smaller HVAC “zones” to limit cross-contamination.
